Critical transactions and operations on your Slydepay account requires two factor authentication before the transaction is approved for execution. Customers and merchants are able to opt-in or opt-out from this added security measure by changing their security configuration within the settings section of their Slydepay account.
All security codes, passwords and answers are safe. Why? We do not store them in clear text. As such if by chance you do forget, you are provided with the option to reset.
Logging in from a PC that is not yours doesn’t have to be an issue. With public login, you will be provided with a one time password that expires right after use.
Before you perform any transaction that involves your money or your account’s security, we require that you provide at least your secret code to proceed.These preferences can be changed within your account settings.
All communication between customers, merchants and 3rd party payment providers is encrypted with the most cutting edge secure channel communication technology in the market.

These limits can be adjusted securely by you from within the settings section of your Slydepay account and based on how much verified information we have on you (KYC)
So let's say you purchased an item that was never delivered or you added funds and your account was not topped up. All you need to do is report this to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be refunded based on the agreement we have with your merchant.
Slydepay has an active and passive fraud detection system to analyze usage patterns and potential threats on the Slydepay platform to intercept any suspected fraudulent activities. This system works round the clock to ensure that your money is safe.
Email and SMS notifications will be sent out to customers if there is a transaction on the account or the state of a customers account changes (e.g password changed). This notification enables quick mitigation if there should be an account breach.
Every activity by users or Slydepay is logged for auditing purposes.
Whenever a buyer purchases an item from your store, you will be notified by email and or SMS. So no matter where you are , you can be sure you will be notified every time you make money. These preferences can be changed under your account settings.
Also, within your Slydepay account, you can monitor all transactions under your money stories.
With Slydepay, you the merchant remain in charge of withdrawals from your account. All cash-outs from Slydepay can be initiated only by the merchant and are paid securely into the bank account of your choice
